I've always recommended skipping the Bachelors and only going for the Masters as the final leg, at the end of the day, the Masters is what you'll count the most. So, an example is, get a TESU or UMPI Bachelors, then do the Masters at HES, for a whopping half price of $50K.
The HES bachelor's does accept some traditional transfer credit and CLEP which can shave that cost somewhat, unlike the HES master's which accepts basically no transfer credit. HES also has a bachelor's-to-master's program by which successful students in their bachelor's can take four master's courses (courses are 4 semester hours, totalling 16 semester hours) that will count towards their bachelor's and master's.
