Admission to associate/bachelor programs without a high school diploma |

Hi,
A friend of mine would like to study online (something like UoPeople or UMPI). She is 29 and didn't finish the local equivalent of high school. Is there any way to join higher education programs without a high school diploma if you are an adult with work experience?
The crazy idea I had was to do the exam version of an ENEB Masters degree (they seem to accept almost anyone with work experience). This degree could be sent to an evaluator, and then it might be enough for admission to other online degree programs.
Is there any other way that she could get admitted to online programs regarding the current situation? Do some schools accept people with experience but no high school diploma?

Hi,
I need some help finding a program for an MBA in Healthcare Admin/Management, I decided against a MHA in case I need a different job in a different country. My Bachelor of Science GPA is 3.91 from a big ten school but I am in the second half of my career and this is more of a check the box degree. I still would like the best school that fits my criteria as much as possible but my time commitments are extremely full at the present time. I can afford up to 10k a year which opens up the school choices. I do not need a university for networking etc as I am established where I am.
Some schools I have looked at are U of I Springfield but I believe they proctor. Eastern University which I believe does not proctor but my concentration brings it to 42 credits total. U of W Consortium which does not proctor but is very rigid with their schedule and they said 2.5-3 years as the workload is high. I am leaning towards U of I Springfield but have not found anyone who attended there to let me know how rigorous the program is. My preference would be something less rigorous at this point. I would really appreciate suggestions.
1. Preferably no Proctored exams as I cannot use those programs while on my work computer, at home I have a chromebook. My preference is writing papers etc.
2. Go at your own pace as much as possible at least
3. Fastest to completion
4. Preferably AASCB or at least ACBSP

University of Oxford Debate: Populism vs. the Elite Establishment |

Many people believe there is a horizontal culture war between the right and the left. However, some people are becoming aware of the growing vertical culture war between Populism and the Elite Establishment.
Social media companies such as TikTok represent populism in that the narratives and political movements are established by ordinary people and not the elite establishment. It is no wonder why the government is moving to censor or outright ban social media companies to limit their influence over society.
This is a two-sided debate that occurred recently at the University of Oxford.
Winston Marshall argues that populism is not a threat democracy, but rather is democracy itself.
Nancy Pelosi argues that populism is a threat to democracy due to voters being manipulated

The Oxford Union voted in favour of the motion “This House Believes that Populism is a Threat to Democracy.” The final count had 177 members voting for the motion and 68 members voting against.
Note:
When they vote in favor of a motion, this vote is primarily symbolic. It represents the opinion of the participants in the debate and the audience present at the event, but it does not have any legislative or binding power. The outcome reflects the prevailing views and persuasive arguments presented during the debate, serving as an indication of public sentiment or student opinion on the issue at hand.
