Hi guys! I'm currently doing Sophia courses for my degree at TESU. However, 2 of the courses that I already completed a few months ago were issued new certification periods, from June 2026 to end of May 2029. I finished these classes before they expired in March 13, 2026 within the previous or old certification period. The previous certification periods were 6/1/2023-5/31/2026 and 11/1/2022-5/31/2026. However, I didn't accept the Credly badges for them yet. Am I screwed? I also haven't submitted the transcript for my Sophia classes to TESU yet, because I'm still not done taking classes there. Does this mean I have to retake those 2 classes? Or does TESU accept them no matter how old they are, as long as the courses were completed within the certification period, and keep getting renewed by ACE? Thanks.
I just took a position as a Mental Health Case Manager. I thought I might turn to the forum here as see if anyone has some suggestions for my next degree, a degree that would complement the new position. I have had an addiction counselor license for some time and I do volunteer work as a crisis counselor, where I talk openly about suicide, so I am not a novice to the field
Yes, I have spoken to the company about what degree might be helpful to climb the ladder, if I choose to climb, and they did not have a recommendation. I will keep an eye on company handbooks and other posted open positions for future ideas. While the company does not do tuition reimbursement, but they do provide free continuing education through Relias, which I will take full advantage of and pursue vigorously.
I do already have many relevant Spanish propos and will probably do some more too. I am thinking about taking more from the European School of Health (ESHE). I have done their Expert in Management and Prevention of Occupational Health Risks, University Expert in Social Psychology and University Expert in Vision Sciences.
The company has hinted that they might be going to a service which would allow me to use my addiction counselor license with them. So, I see the next degree maybe as a degree that will help me move to the next level of my state counseling license, which would require a United States Accredited Masters in a specific field of study that they consider a Behavioral Science Degree. I have attached a file that outlines the areas that would qualify. So now it is about finding the Masters in that field that would be via distance learning, and very low cost. I will certainly be looking for something that is very low in cost. So if you just started typing Harvard Medical School, just slowly walk away from the keyboard.

I don't see mention of AI for this one, but the courses listed on the landing page have the same course numbers. With this having 30 credits versus the 36 in the pilot program, this should be very doable in 6 months (baring any major changes to the course load)
I am finally picking up my long neglected dream of completing a History BA with TESU. My account with TESU has been inactive for the last 2 years and I'm trying to decide what's the best option to bring it active again as far as taking a course or TECEP. As of the last evaluation I had with them, I have 93 qualifying credits on my degree plan. I'm getting to the last bit of the journey so I want to be careful not to waste my effort studying something that doesn't fulfill a requirement in my degree. So far, I have earned no upper level credits.
What I'm most concerned about presently is the 15 residency credits that are required with TESU. I understand that the capstone is included in that, and TECEP's don't don't qualify. Therefore, I have basically have 12 credits(4 classes) to take as part of the remaining 27 credits for my degree.
I feel some folks on these forums consider the Big Three and brick and mortar campuses with generous online offerings as more respectable than UoPeople. I could be just me since UoPeople got its regional accreditation less than two years ago.
But are there any inherent drawbacks to studying at UoPeople over the other online university generally recommended for transferring to? I know it's not yet listed on Anabin, so if you want to study in Germany then you will need to get a ZAB equivalence.
Are there any other such drawbacks or complications of getting a degree from UoPeople.
I am writing to seek your guidance regarding the academic equivalency of the GMU MU2 qualification. Specifically, I would like to know if the MU2, when combined with SCQF Level 11, can be evaluated as a Master's degree equivalent by UK ENIC.

Looking for some guidance below is my current credits. Looking for any degree (not Liberal Studies) I did get the Pierpoint Associates when it was a option but looking to upgrade to a bachelors. My count I have 92 ACE & 11 RA Credits. WorldQuant University (WQU) is launching a free online graduate certificate in Applied AI Fundamentals.
It consists of these five courses, each 3 semester hour credits, scheduled in seven-week terms:
AAIF 600 Foundations of Disruptive Systems
AAIF 610 Visualizing Disruptive Forces
AAIF 620 Applying AI for Adaptation
AAIF 630 Applying AI for Mitigation
AAIF 640 Leading Ethically in AI-Driven Transformation
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and earn at least 75% on a two-hour admission test for the program. An applicant has two attempts to pass the test. WQU’s site provides open access resources to prepare.

WorldQuant University is nationally accredited by the DEAC. Applied AI Fundamentals is the second subject WQU will offer an academic credit program in, after Financial Engineering, in which it offers an MScFE and an embedded graduate certificate. No courses overlap between the Financial Engineering and Applied AI Fundamentals programs. Students can be in progress in only one of the two for-credit subjects at one time.
If you’re interested in transferring credit from these courses to another institution, determine whether your intended destination will accept these courses, will accept DEAC credit, and will accept a transcript sent only by email, not on paper.
WQU also offers free project-based learning Labs that lead to non-credit badges and certificates, in Data Science, Deep Learning Fundamentals, and Computer Vision.
WQU also holds approval from the District of Columbia, its home jurisdiction, to offer an MSc in Applied AI and an MSc in Strategic AI and Innovation. Neither MSc has launched yet.
