A big hello to all and many thanks in advance,
I've been on the site on and off for 7 years or so. I made an attempt to get a degree back then but having a child and then the whole Covid thing delayed it all. My son is now in kindergarten and I have more time for studies so I've decided to get back to it. My goal is to get a undergrad bachelors degree, so I can get my teachers’s certification. I'm an ESL teacher now.
Quickest route possible but some sort of educational focus would be good. Business or management is ok too. UPMI seems like a good fit if it’s still possible to transfer in 90 credits and I can finish the last credits in 2-4 months. Sophia is a good match for me at this point for the rest of my 90 credits.
Any guidance or a specific plan would be very helpful and appreciated.

AoS course GPA question |

I am projected to get a D on Software Engineering for the January term. This might bring my GPA down below from a 2.7 below a 2.0.
I am not sure what to do at this point because I want to submit the June graduation application.
If I test out of this course through Saylor, would I still earn credit for that course but my grade is still unaffected?

My Bachelors is a BAAS, so definitely need a Masters. Generally, I would like to get into the O&G in Finance. As far as the finance classes go, basically everything except Management of Financial Institutions is in the Energy Business degree, but would Energy Business make me too niche? I'd like to get into O&G but in the event it isn't working out for a while, I'll want to just get a job in any Finance role. Edit: I live in San Antonio, TX so close to all major Oil industries.
Here are the Degree reqs and underlined what I'd focus on.

Has anyone taken a VESI course transcribed through Augustana University? Could you tell me how the grade is transcribed? Is it a letter grade?
I am really struggling with a VESI course that is almost at the one-year deadline. The lessons/quizzes were fine but I am struggling with the writing assignments. I asked VESI if I could withdraw and they said if I did that Augustana would transcribe it as a failed course.

Your Age: 44
What kind of degree do you want?: Associates OR Bachelors (quicker the better)
Current Regional Accredited Credits: 0
Current ACE, CLEP, or NCCRS Credits: 0
Any certifications or military experience?: 0
Budget: limited and may be able to receive scholarships/financial aid
Commitments: I have kids, so about 20-30 hours with the kids.
Dedicated time to study: Most of the day for the entire week (6-8 hours)
Timeline: Less than a year for the Associates, I'm willing to obtain a Bachelors in less than a year if the timeline would fit with my schedule.
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: None
Hey everyone,
I've been deep diving into getting a degree in business. Whether it's an Associates or a Bachelors. I was recently laid off in December, and haven't been able to find anything. I should've done this sooner, but now is better than later.
I've overwhelmed by all the options and plans. I'm trying to get it quickly, with as cheap as possible. I understand there are fee waivers for transferring credits, promo for Sopia/Study, FAFSA, and scholarships.
Looking more and more into this, I feel like if I get an Associates, I need to be able to push that into a Bachelors in the near future (preferably after I am employed and can use tuition assistance).
