Anyone out there have tips on passing ECE Nursing Research, Community Health Nursing and Nursing Management & Leadership. Anyone using istudysmart.com with good results?

For both DSST and CLEP tests, are all the tests preset? Meaning, are the questions always the same? Or is there a "pool" of 500 questions that each test randomly picks 100 questions from?

It seems that some people think a particular test is very easy, and others think it was difficult. Can it just be luck of the draw of test questions that you get???

I have searched for threads on study materials for the Principles of Finance exam but did not see any. Besides the flash cards, are there any good books needed for success on this exam?

Well I am now only need 30 UL credits to graduate from TESC with a BA. Can anyone suggest UL exams that fall into the gen. ed catagory (humanites, soc. sci. nat sci. math, etc), so that I can finish this thing.

How do the Peterson's practice exams compare to the actual Clep Spanish exam in difficulty?

I took Gerontology today and passed with a score of B.The exam was much harder compared to Adulthood and Aging.I had expected both of them to be on the same level but no! Gerontology had a lot more statistics related questions and many of the other questions were subjective.In fact i was expecting maybe a C after the exam so was happy to see my score
I used Instantcert and the companion website quizzes posted by Beckysharp in another thread.Thanks for those Crystal
I do think if i had worked harder and studied more i could have done better.I got overconfident after Adulthood and Aging.
Instantcert is enough to pass for for both these exams.The quizzes are good for reinforcement and as a supplement to instantcert.
I plan to take Abnormal Psychology next and all i have and will use are instantcert and the ECE practice exams.
Do you think this will be enough for this one.I have read on other threads that this a hard exam.
Also Crystal if you are reading this...is there a similar companion site for quizzes for this exam and the research exam.

Ok....I am getting ready to take US History II on 1/10. I am a little nervous as I took US History I last July and failed (by one point). I wanted to get some opinions on something. I have been studying IC and the REA book pretty hard for a couple of weeks now, but one thing I have noticed is that this exam covers so much material, by the time I get to Kennedy/Johnson/Reagan Era, I have completed forgotten most of Reconstruction/Progressive/Imperialism Era material. I have gone over this stuff with a pretty good amount of detail, it just concerns me that the exam is so broad-based (chronologically).

Here's what I plan to do to remedy this. Since I have a pretty solid "high-level" understanding of the material, I plan to cram for 3-4 hours on the entire era (1865-present) for a couple of nights before the exam. I am hoping this will keep most of the material fresh in mind, at least enough to get a passing score.

Thoughts???

I will be taking my first DSST (or CLEP) test next week on Thursday the 4th. I have been reviewing the IC flashcards and have 98% of the material down. Please, if you don't mind, send some good vibes my way this week and next week while I continue to review for this exam.

I would like to thank everyone on this forum for all of the support that can be seen in every thread. I finally built up courage enough (with the help of everyone here) to jump off the deep end and try to test out of a class as opposed to sitting in the classroom. If this one goes well, I will take MacroEcon the following week after 1 week of hard studying followed by Money and Banking a couple of weeks after that.

I am taking the DSST Heres to your health exam next week. This is the only exam I need to pass in order to get my bachelors. After taking the D&A, and now going over the IC for this exam, it seems pretty straight foward. Has anyone seen any difficulty with this exam, and has anyone remembered what type of questions are asked?
