Advice Needed |

Hi everyone,
I graduated from TESU in June 2022 with a dual BSBA in Healthcare Management and HR Management. Since then, I’ve been actively searching for a job, but haven’t had much luck securing a position. I’ve had a few interviews and received positive feedback on both my resume and interview skills, but hiring managers often go with candidates who have more experience. In one case, I made it to the third round, only for the funding for the position to be pulled.
Right now, I’m at a crossroads and considering my next steps. I’m debating whether to pursue a Master’s in Healthcare Management or an MBA, or even to return to nursing school for a second-degree BSN, which would cost around $40,000 at TESU. I’ve also contacted the state unemployment office to explore whether they can help me obtain certifications like PMP or Lean Six Sigma. There are several other certifications I’d like to pursue, but finances are tight, especially since my husband has been battling cancer this year. Thankfully, he’s doing well now, and we’re in a good place for me to focus on my career again.
I’ve tried everything to find a job networking on LinkedIn, sending messages, reaching out via email, and tailoring my resume for each role but it’s been tough. I’m feeling pretty defeated and would really appreciate any advice or suggestions on what to do next.

TESU: Credit Transfer to BACS |

I have quite a few IT and cybersecurity certificates from working professional and was wondering if any of them would transfer to the BACS @ TESU. I believe the consensus is that TESU is not gracious when accepting certs but remain optimistic.
Sec+ transfers as CYB-2200 but how does that relate to the Comp Sci BA at TESU?
The Savvy Coders bootcamp was a 12 week course. Do you think it's possible to get it transferred as "Intro to Python Programming"?
More than half of the certs are not listed on the TESU site and I sent PLR@tesu.edu an email 3 weeks ago and they still have not replied. Admissions has been less than helpful. I recently sent the "transcripts" to transcripts@tesu.edu and am hoping to get a better response. Listed below are the certs I have for reference.
ISC2 - CISSP
Scrum Alliance - Certified Scrum Master
CompTIA - Security+
Microsoft - AI-900
Microsoft - AZ-900
Savvy Coders - Data Analytics and Python bootcamp
Cyber-AB - Certified CMMC Professional

Hello,
So I need to know if there is any degree plan on CSU's IT or Cybersecurity programs.
Also, do they accept ACE credits ? I know they accept sophia and I have all gen eds done (except two)
I also have a lot of coursera google courses which have ACE credits which is why I need to know if they accept them or not.
What about credits from Nationally accredited universities ? are they accepted ?
Thanks.

Hey there!
Ill be starting at TAMUC for organizational leadership this spring and am trying to knock out a few more classes on Sophia. Does anyone know if Introduction to Ethics transfers into the general ethics course to satisfy the COMS, ENG, HIST, MMJ or PHIL classes, or if any of the humanities will work? I was also only able to bring in 17 of the 36 required advanced hours to transfer and was wondering if any of the Sophia courses count towards advanced hours. Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I am graduating from Pierpont in December with an AAS BOG degree. The degree will have an aoe of Information Systems, but I don't see anywhere in my records that indicates that the aoe is actually applied to my degree. Where would I see this?
Thanks, Duane.
