Questions - Peterson's practice exams |

This is specifically regarding the "Analyzing / Interpreting Lit" Peterson's test. But I'd welcome feedback from anyone who's taken any of the Peterson's practice tests.
I've only gone through one so far, but I'd like to see if others felt the same way as I do about it.
It seemed to me that the questions were pretty fair, but that many of the *answer choices* were unfairly written. I kept feeling like there were at least two answers that seemed equally correct or very similar. "Hateful and determined" vs. "vile and effective"? "Regret and shame" vs. "pain and lamentation"? OK, so those aren't the best examples, but still. Give me a break.
Does anyone else find the Peterson's test(s) to be a bit tricky with what they ask? Also, I hear people say that Peterson's is supposed to be more difficult than the "real thing", so I'm trying to decide if I should give much thought to a relatively mediocre score. I felt I understood the passages well.

Question about which tests for Psychology focus at Excelsior |

I'm looking at doing the BSLS with a Psychology focus at Excelsior. I want to make sure I have the correct list of which exams fall under Psychology. I already have completed intro to Psychology from a B&M school.
I'm planning on taking:
ECE Abnormal Psychology
ECE Research Methods in Psychology
ECE Foundations of Gerontology
ECE Psychology of Adulthood and Aging
ECE Social Psychology
For the 7th class I need to decide between:
CLEP Intro to Educational Psychology
CLEP Human Growth and Development
DSST Lifespan Developmental Psychology
ECE Lifespan Developmental Psychology
DSST Organizational Behavior
ECE Organizational Behavior
My first question is are all of those exams considered psychology?
Are there any other exams not listed that count towards the Psychology focus?
Of that last list which do you think is the easiest?
I had been planning on taking DSST Civil War and ECE World Populations to finish off my upper level requirement for Arts and Sciences, but if I take the ECE Organizational Behavior I can pass on the World Populations.
I'm interested in what you guys think.
Thanks

How do u Study with IC |

I am currently studying for my second CLEP (Macro Economics) with IC. I was just wondering how others used the website because it seems that i am taking a much longer than everyone else to prepare for exams. I current study one set of questions till i get a 90% or higher than move on to the next set of questions. I study between about 15 hours a week. It will probably take me 2-3 weeks to prepare (already got 1 week down) just see how long it takes me to get through the rest of the material.
I just seems people here are able to test in 1 week. Whats the secret different study method or perhaps i'm not spending enough time studying.

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding a Real Estate License and an Appraiser Apprentice License. I had a NYS Real Estate License that expired back in 98 or so and an Apprentice Appraiser License that I also let expire about the same time. My question is, do these expired Licenses count for any college credit? If so, what colleges accept them?
Thanking you in advance.

Can someone tell me what, and when, one needs to do to prepare for graduation from Excelsior? I'm not finished yet as I have Ops Mgmt and Business Policy to finish after the current Business Stats course. I'm just looking ahead (finally!) and want to get things in line. I guess I could ask an advisor at the school, but I thought I'd raise the question here so everyone knows the process.
