MA IO Psychology vs MBA |

Just as the title says. Which one do you all think would have the highest ROI. I understand it’s all subjective to a persons career goals/ interests. But with all else being equal Which one would have the greatest potential for a career lift or change in the business / corporate world. Which would have the best hedge against ageism? The MBA would not be from a top 25 program, more like an LSUS for example. The same for the Psyc degree. Both would be online programs. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Your Location: Phoenix, AZ
Your Age: 47
What kind of degree do you want?: BSBA, Accounting
Current Regional Accredited Credits: 15 - 9 more coming via 3 TECEPs, leaving capstone and cornerstone to complete the last 6, to equal 30 (all 15 so far are via TECEPs)
Current ACE, CLEP, or NCCRS Credits: 90
Any certifications or military experience?: No
Budget: $12,000 - $13,000
Commitments: full-time job, no pets - job is demanding at times - I can study mornings, evenings, weekends, and sometimes during work when it's slow
Dedicated time to study: 15 hours per week - can make more time if I condense things and see light at the end of the tunnel
Timeline: April to August 2025
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: Yes, my workplace has allowed me to expense my classes, so far
Hi everyone,
Thanks for all of the information and help. Here's what I'm trying to achieve, and why:
I should have my last 3 TECEPs completed by the of of May. I'm thinking about doing the Capstone and Cornerstone together, to get it done. I've read that allocating 80/20, respectively, is a good approach.
Here's why I'm considering doing them together:
At the moment by company has reimbursed me for my expenses. I'm worried about this going away, if the economy gets weirder or falters. September and forward are also extremely demanding at work. While June - Aug may be busy at times, I would have more time to study.
Given the information I provided in the template, and the additional info given, is there anything wrong with doing the cornerstone and capstones together?
When should I apply for graduation, if so?
Finally, from what I can tell the capstone for the BSBA is the same, regardless of the AOS (accounting, in my case). Just want to make sure I understand that correctly. I've seen it recommended to order the textbook(s) in advance. Does TESU in the course description mention the textbooks to use?

Hello forum members,
I was accepted into the Doctor of Healthcare Administration at OK State. I transferred in enough credits that the program will require me to complete only 45 credits. It is relatively affordable when you compare it to other DBAs and DHAs online.
The program seems great and relevant to me. I have acquired much knowledge on the program from different sources. However, I wanted to ask all of you very knowledgeable people if anyone had any direct or indirect experience with the program. Any information or opinions you guys could provide would be much appreciated.
Thanks and all the best,
swlearner71

So I am finally taking the Capstone for BSBA GM.
However, I noticed I only need 3 more classes and the capstone for a BALS Computer Science.
Is it worth it? Should i go for it?
Also, my evaluations show I completed the following:
Operation Mgt Cert
Computer Science AS
General Studies AA
Also need Associate Capstone for:
Applied Computer studies AAS
Administrative Studies AAS
What are your suggestions? What is allowed?

Masters or MBA in accounting under 10k? |

I graduated with my bba from umpi and would like my masters to be in accounting rather than getting a general MBA.
I dont mind exams but don't want any proctoring which is why I had to cross wgu from my list.
So far only amberton and emporia univ. Are all I see for my price range. I haven't looked into emporia as to if they have proctoring or not. However, some people in the umpi discord mentioned amberton not having proctors for their exams and they graduated from there. Anyone know of any other programs?
