Testing centers open on Saturday? |

Howdy, all:
I'm looking for CLEP/DSST test centers that are open on Saturday, as I may have a "testing spree" coming up soon and not be able to break away to do it. I'd prefer centers in Southern Cali, but as I'm anxious to wrap my AA soon I might hop a flight if need be.
Anybody know of any?
I'll keep looking. . .

vent - TESC |

I have a complaint to air about TESC. I just registered for my next semester of classes. They overlapped the semesters! I actually start my next 4 courses a week before I take my finals in my existing semester!!! What the heck!?!?
They said they do it to keep holiday vacations on time. I'm quite ticked. So it's either study for my finals or do required reading for new subjects. Overall I have been generally pleased with TESC, but this is something a B&M couldn't get away with.

intro to psych and sociology question |

I have a problem. I was all set to take my intro to psych clep. The closest
place to take it only tests on tuesdays. I have to work on tuesdays.
My schedule is already made, so it will be at least a month before I can
take it. My question is, If I go ahead and study the intro to sociology
and plan to take it at the same time, Will it confuse me on taking the
tests together? I don't want to get in there and confuse the info.
Has anyone done this? Thanks

I was wondering who else on here might have a myspace? I do and was looking for some new friends since mine are completely unwilling to talk to me anymore. (I have no idea why).

Has anyone done an appeal to excelsior to waive the over 20 years old for courses, my accounting I, accounting II and business law are over 20 years old so I was told to write a letter of appeal to the dean explaining my situation and see if it could be waived. Just wondering if anyone has done this and been successful.

Hi
A few messages on these boards refer to going to a "Specific Study Guide" forum for the different CLEP tests and it's coordinating study suggestions. I assumed it was a forum where you could go and research ,for instance, the Humanities CLEP (which I am studying for now) and see some type of actual test questions or more specific topics to focus on when studying. I have looked and looked and searched like crazy, but can't find any such forum - does anyone know where to look? Thanks so much. CIndy
