Not really related to IC but is anyone aware of any distance learning CIS type courses, preferably in a self-paced or compacted format, that one can take for credit at TESC? I've got Dantes MIS and DB management, sys analysis and design, C++, and networking courses covered. Just need another programming language or administration type course for my last requirement, reasonably priced would be nice. Thanks!

Took part in the commencement ceremony this past weekend at Charter Oak State College(received my Bachelor of Science degree). It was a great experience. I almost didn't attend, but I am glad I did. First class school, faculty. Ceremony was at Central Connecticut State University across the street from Charter Oak.
To all pursuing their degrees don't give up. I used instantcert to help me prepare for the Clep and Dantes exams. Earned 78 credits in under a year allowing me to graduate this past weekend. Set your goals, and work toward them a little each day. Reading this forum, and of other's success helped me stay focused on achieving my goal. Thank you to Instantcert, and to all those who contribute to this forum.
Best Wishes,
BGN

 I hate B&M schools! I specifically asked the school I planned on transferring to (for my nursing degree) if they accepted CLEP's and they told me that they would take 18 units.
Now that I am actually transferring there (The policy hasn't changed; it has only been 3 months) they will only accept my humanities CLEP. I tried throwing a tizzy fit about it but they are standing behind their stupid councilors who don't even know the schools policy.
My only choices at this point are to take the classes (BLEGH) or pay to go to the outrageously expensive Maric college (40K) which really isn't an option. I am so frustrated!!!!
